A/Prof Joseph McKendrick is a consultant medical oncologist and was previously Director of Medical Oncology, Clinical Haematology and Palliative Care at Eastern Health. He has significant expertise in genitourinary cancers (with a particular interest in testis cancer), gastrointestinal cancers, lymphoma and other haematological malignancies.

A/Prof McKendrick completed his advanced training and MD thesis at the University of Southampton where he gained significant expertise through working in one of the busiest academic urological and lymphoma units in the world. He has clinical trial experience in a wide range of cancers. He is regarded as one of Australia’s most experienced clinicians in the management of testicular cancer and lymphoma.
